engine cold, undo drain plug at bottom of rad remove top and bottom hoses and disconnect electric fan plug, bolts at both sides of rad undo and remove rad undo electic fan housing and fan and fit to new rad, refit to car connect electic fan fill with water and anti freeze let engine run with the expanion chamber cap of ( thats where you fill with water) wait till the water gets hot in chamber this will stop any air blocks in system refit cap .recheck levels for first 2,3 days after job good luckHow easy is it to change a radiator on a Ford Escort?
