How do you flush a radiator?

I have an acura integra ls 1995. want to save money, dont want to spend 70 dollars to have someone else do it. so how do i flush my radiator. I got my oil changed and my fluid is almost gone. The guy said i need a flush cause their is some build up or something.How do you flush a radiator?
sounds more prudent to find where all the fluid disappeared to first. the best way to flush a radiator though is with the machines the shops have.How do you flush a radiator?
Fill it up with water and leave it to stand. Check for leaks.
