I need to remove the radiator supports on my '99 Cadillac DeVille to fix it. Can it be done, and if so, how?

(Hi- The car was recently in an accident %26amp; the left front end received the most damage. The motor is fine and so is the frame, so it is fixable, if i can remove the radiator supports to straighten/fix/change them first. Please only serious answers, and also please don't answer 'take it to a mechanic'. Thank You.)I need to remove the radiator supports on my %26039;99 Cadillac DeVille to fix it. The radiator support is welded in. You can remove %26amp; replace it yourself IF you have access to the proper tools and the skills to use them properly.I need to remove the radiator supports on my %26039;99 Cadillac DeVille to fix it. Can it be done, and if so, how?
yes you can do it but it is a major job. you will have to remove just about every body part on the front of the car and the radiator, ac condenser and a bunch of other stuff. If you have some mechanical knowledge you can do it just take your time and label everything and take pictures to help you put it back together. If I remember right (its been a while since we have done one in my shop) the front core support bolts in on your model. If so you would be money and time ahead by just getting one from a salvage yard. By the way there will be 100 idiots on here telling you to buy a Chilton's or other type repair manual to do this job, don't waste your time as there is next to nothing in them as far as body work goes. Dig in and take pictures and you can do it just dont get in a hurry
