How man miles can i expect to get out of my ford f-150 if i do the maintenance on it?

i just put in new trans and new radiator...get oil changed on time alwaysHow man miles can i expect to get out of my ford f-150 if i do the maintenance on it?
mine is up to 118,000 miles still runs good
