You have done brakes, so you have done harder jobs.
Disconnect the hoses, and the tranny lines.

Since you have done oil changes and brake jobs before you should be able to do it. I would advice to have a friend help you out. Because it will go better that way. A manual will help you out. Do it when the engine is cold. I would also advice you get new hoses and a new thermostat and of course anti freeze.
