i have a series 1 rx7 standard 12a i just want to put a small turbo in it. i was thinking of a t25 turbo whats the average cost of that. what else do i need to convert it like do i need to change the brakes radiator etc?What parts do i need to turbo my carbie 12a and roughly how much does it cost?
There used to be a kit for this 20 years ago. Brakes and radiator are OK. Think you have to get a pressure box for around the carb and a higher pressure fuel pump. Stock pump is only about 4.5 lbs. Turbo pressures approaching that level will push fuel back out of carb.
